The Subtle Rebellion

Should fiction writing be political? Why do writers communicate political ideas in fiction?

We live in a world which freedom of opinion is nominal.  According to the laws any person can reveal his own thoughts and political views.  However, in our country the government is trying to suppress the anti-governmental ideas and punishes subtly the people who still continue writing.  Normally fiction writings should not include political views; nevertheless, I believe that it is the only way for the writers to unveil their own political ideas without any consequences.
In Turkey, the government has found a way to terminate the people who write in between the rights of the law, the Ergenekon trials.  The government arrested hundreds of writers who wrote that our country was falling backwards and the authority had to change to reunion Kemalism.  After these unexplained arrests, the writers were scared to write their public opinions to their corners directly.  Instead they had to reveal their thoughts subtly that they were not conspicuous, but still the readers and the society should understand it.  Thus, the writers wrote “hypothetical” settings and “hypothetical” events that happened and published their political views.
To conclude, even if the government tries to censor an article or someone, that person will eventually find a different way and opportunity to evoke the sense of alteration and insurgence.  Now the fiction writings are being used as an intermediary; tomorrow it will be something else.

A Poem That I Wrote

Just for money

People lie

Look with a black eye

Just don’t reply

Just for money

People cry

Buy them an apple pie

To get rid of the oversupply

Just for money

People kill

They don’t stop until

They suicide with a sleeping pill

Just for money

People act spurious

They are curious

For the prestigious

Just for money

People scrutinize

The work becomes humanized

Until it alters to become brutalized

Just for money

People become prosaic

The love ends

With the end of the mosaic

Just for money

Lots of myths are rumored

The lies are credited

Until the time of Steward

Just for money

People became stress

They don’t get a progress

For their success

Just for money

People gamble

They try to unscramble

The cards of the delightful and shot it from the bull

Just for money

People leave their love

They break their heart with a glove

Nothing else matters above all others

Risk Takers or Careful Planners

There are millions of successful people in our lives. These people have two ways to reach success, risk and chance or careful planning. I think that risk and chance is a better way. There is an idiom; you should risk it to get the biscuit. I think that this is completely true because you shouldn't be the same as anyone. You should be the best at what ever you are doing. And for that to happen you should be taking risks, the biggest difference of stupid risks and acceptable risks are that they should be distinguishable from a dream.

For example in our lives most of the vast companies have risked their money, their jobs and their lives to be successful. Their main goal was to be differed from their rivals. They didn’t want to be mundane. They had a proper idea; a believable one and they found an investor for it. They may have achieved or nor. The thing is they wanted to be special.

Most of the successful companies are the risk takers but there is also another fact that shouldn’t be under estimated. Most of the bankrupted companies are also the big risk takers. So there is a controversy. There is no ordinary life if you take risks. You may live like kings or you could be one of the homeless guys. The thing is you should be evaluating the chances and deciding which way to go.

On the other hand, the careful planning companies are ninety percent thriving. They are the ones who don’t have any ambition. They just want to gain in a regular base and they just want average revenue, just to be able to look after their family. But the good thing is, they can achieve their goal but never get more…

Orta Okulun Kalkmasi

Tiyatro sanatcasi olmak isteyenlerde tiyatro aktivitesine girip kendilerini gelistirebiliyorlar.

Truth of Life

SOCIALISM: You have two cows. The state takes one and gives it to someone else.

COMMUNISM: You have two cows. The state takes both of them and gives you milk.

FASCISM: You have two cows. The state takes both of them and sells you milk.

NAZISM: You have two cows. The state takes both of them and shoots you.

BUREAUCRACY: You have two cows. The state takes both of them, kills one and spills the milk in the sewer.

CAPITALISM: You have two cows. You sell one and buy a bull.

EXTREME CAPITALISM: You have two cows. You sell one and force the remaining cow to produce the milk of four cows. You are shocked when the cow dies.
